COOLING UNITS

No matter how beautiful your wine cellar may be, the heart of every wine cellar is the cooling unit. Proper temperature and humidity control is essential in order to preserve your valuable wine collection.

The ideal temperature for storing and aging wine is between 50 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Most of our cooling units feature adjustable thermostats which enable the user to precisely control cellar conditions.

Humidity must be present in every cellar to prevent cork and label deterioration. Our units maintain a relative humidity between 50 and 70 percent. Excess moisture is eliminated but not enough to create an undesirable condition.
